Motorex Copper Paste Anti-Seize: High-Temperature Anti-Seize Protection
Motorex copper paste is a professional solution designed to prevent seizing on metal surfaces under extreme conditions. Formulated to operate within a temperature range from −40 °C to +900 °C, with temporary peaks up to +1200 °C, this anti-seize paste creates an effective separating layer between metal parts. Up to 280 °C, the paraffinic base oil provides continuous lubrication; above this threshold, the suspended copper particles in the compound ensure stable lubricating performance. The patented composition ensures simultaneous protection against corrosion, extending the service life of treated components even in aggressive environments.
Industrial Applications and Versatile Use
This assembly paste is ideal for treating screws, threads, and press fits in sectors where high temperatures are a critical factor. The high-temperature lubrication provided by the copper particles helps maintain smooth component movement even under intense thermal stress. Used in automotive, industrial, and aerospace applications, the Motorex formulation offers proven reliability in preventing thread seizure and simplifying future disassembly operations. The integrated anti-oxidation protection significantly reduces maintenance times and component replacement costs.
Performance Features and Material Compatibility
Motorex Copper Paste is compatible with steel, cast iron, aluminum, and special alloys, making it a versatile choice for multiple industrial applications. Its thermal resistance up to +1200 °C in temporary exposure places it among the highest-performing products in its category. The absence of corrosive components ensures safe use on sensitive materials, while the product’s optimal density facilitates even application on vertical and horizontal surfaces. The 100-gram pack offers a competitive quality-to-price ratio for professional use and ongoing maintenance.
