The Jëuf Pro Race Pertex® Primaloft® jacket is a highly performing winter jacket created with a sandwich construction between the Pertex® membrane and the Polartec® fleece insert, making it a high-end garment that combines protection from the elements with cold protection. Starting from the membrane, this garment features a product from the Pertex® Shield range, a two-and-a-half-layer fabric weighing only 70g. The Shield range fabrics are dedicated to high protection against weather agents; this fabric is 2.5 layers bi-elastic and has a protection of 20,000 water columns with a breathability of 20,000 MVTR. PFC / PFAS free and Oeko-tex 100 class 1 certified for the yarn. The Primaloft® layer, applied to the front, back, and partially on the sleeves, creates a barrier against the cold thanks to the combination of double-sided fleece, essentially the yarn's outward stretch is present on both sides, towards the body and towards the membrane, thus creating an air cushion that acts as thermal regulation. Additionally, micro-holes in the Primaloft® weave help expel moisture outside. To complete the jacket's construction, a high-visibility reflective insert on the left sleeve, Camlock zipper, siliconized elastic on the back to make the garment more stable, three pockets with reflective logo on the back, and double cuff to prevent air from entering the sleeve at the wrist.

HOW TO USE JËUF GARMENTS
Avoid excessively pulling the fabrics and seams during wearing and removing the garments.
Ensure that the garment is correctly positioned before starting cycling activities. This is particularly important for shorts and Bib shorts, so that the pad and other critical areas are well aligned.
Jëuf garments are designed for cycling use. Try them simulating the pedaling position and not standing, to ensure optimal comfort. If the fit is uncomfortable even while riding, double-check the size.
Avoid contact with branches, bushes, metal wires, or other sharp objects that could damage Jëuf garments.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Wash Jëuf garments immediately after use and ensure they dry completely in a well-ventilated area before storing them.
It is recommended to wash them in a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C or by hand.
Use a moderate amount of neutral liquid detergent, without adding fabric softener or bleach.
Select a program for colored synthetic garments during machine washing.
In case of intense sweating, rinse the garment in cold water after each use to prevent the proliferation of odor-causing bacteria.
Do not iron or wring Jëuf garments.
Avoid using dryers or direct heat sources such as radiators for drying.
STORAGE OF GARMENTS
Store Jëuf garments in dry and well-ventilated environments. Avoid storing clothing in plastic bags or in humid places.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
- Return all accessories, manuals, components and any complimentary items received.
- Do not remove tags, labels or seals unless necessary to inspect the product.
- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
