The Jëuf Pro Race Pertex® Waterproof Jacket is a rain jacket suitable for the harshest climates. It uses the Shield Air 3-layer fabric range, with the Shield Air membrane being a network of electrospun nanofibers, precisely designed with an open network of interconnected pores. These pores, small and consistently sized, offer little resistance to water vapor while providing an effective barrier to liquid water. While many other breathable waterproof membranes have zero (or nearly zero) air permeability, the open structure of the Shield Air membrane allows air to pass through while still offering effective wind resistance. The fabric dyes are processed without the use of water, and the fabric is made with 55% GRS-certified recycled fibers in a RipStop structure. The technical fabric features are 15,000 water columns, 80/20 spray test, and 20,000 MVTR breathability. The jacket construction includes a covered zipper, all exposed internal seams are thermotaped with silicone elastic Jëuf on the back to ensure adherence, 'All Days Cycling' iridescent logos, and a reflective rear logo, with a higher collar for rain protection.

USAGE ADVICE
Avoid excessively pulling the fabrics and seams when putting on or taking off the garments.
Make sure to wear the garment correctly before starting the cycling activity, especially regarding shorts and Bib shorts, the padding and other pressure points.
Our Jëuf garments are specifically designed for cycling, so all our garments should be tried on simulating the cycling position, not standing. If pressure or fitting is uncomfortable even while cycling, check the size again.
Avoid getting close to branches, bushes, metal wires, or other sharp objects that could damage Jëuf garments.
WASHING ADVICE
Wash Jëuf garments immediately after each use and let them dry well in a ventilated place before storing them in the closet.
Machine wash is recommended at a maximum of 30°C or hand wash.
Use the appropriate amount of neutral liquid detergent, and do not add either fabric softener or bleach.
Make sure to use a washing machine program for colored synthetic garments.
In case of heavy sweating, it is advisable to rinse the garment in cold water after each use to prevent the formation of bacteria that cause bad odors in the fibers.
Do not iron or wring Jëuf garments.
Drying should never involve the use of a dryer or radiators.
STORAGE
Do not store Jëuf garments in humid and closed environments. Avoid storing garments in plastic bags.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

All online-ordered items can be picked up at the All4cycling store in the province of Varese, Via Gianfranco Miglio 2, 21045 Gazzada Schianno (VA).

- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
- Return all accessories, manuals, components and any complimentary items received.
- Do not remove tags, labels or seals unless necessary to inspect the product.
- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
