Dynamic E-bike Lube: e-bike-specific chain lube
Dynamic E-bike Lube was created for a specific need: an e-bike drivetrain works with much higher torque than a regular bike, because the motor's drive adds to the rider's. Chain and sprockets are therefore subjected to high pressures that push traditional lubes to their limits, with faster wear and less precise shifting.
Designed for motor pressures
Dynamic E-bike Lube is optimised to withstand these loads and deliver smoother, more comfortable and safer rides. It keeps moving parts running smoothly, reduces friction and protects against corrosion; the formula is suitable for all weather conditions and can be used in every season, on e-MTBs as well as city, trekking or road e-bikes.
Use and maintenance
The correct way to use it is the same as recommended for other Dynamic lubes: clean the chain with Chain Cleaner, one drop on each link and, if needed, on moving parts, then a few turns of the crank and wipe off the excess with a cloth. On an e-bike it's worth checking the chain regularly, because it tends to wear sooner.

Frequently asked questions
Can it be used on a regular bike?
Yes, it works on any chain; however, it is formulated for e-bike loads, where it offers the biggest advantage over a generic lube. On a traditional bike you can also use All Round Lube.
Is it suitable for rain?
Dynamic recommends it for all weather conditions and every season. After very wet rides it's worth drying the chain and adding a few more drops.
Why do e-bikes wear chains faster?
The motor increases the force transmitted to chain and sprockets, especially on climbs and when setting off. A lube that withstands high pressures limits wear and friction.
Should it be applied with the motor off?
Yes: to lube safely, turn the crank backwards by hand with the bike switched off, applying one drop per link. When finished, wipe off the excess with a cloth and only switch the system back on once the job is done.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
- Return all accessories, manuals, components and any complimentary items received.
- Do not remove tags, labels or seals unless necessary to inspect the product.
- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
