The Jersey Assos Equipe RS Shell S11 is an updated version of the classic vest. Designed at the request of professional athletes to offer the protection of an all-season vest with the coverage and fit of a race Jersey. The result of ASSOS aeroScience and a collaboration with the Tudor Pro Cycling Team, the RS Shell Jersey S11 redefines what a vest can do: extremely breathable and weather-resistant protection that shields like a vest but offers the fit of a race Jersey. The new DIAMOND Ultra softshell protects the front and shoulders from wind, cold, and precipitation, while the highly elastic and insulating 575CX fabric wraps the upper arms providing thermoregulating support. Both fabrics are highly breathable, keeping the skin dry and ensuring that exertion does not leave you with an unpleasant feeling of damp cold. They are both ultra-elastic and, thanks to the addition of an elastic mesh panel on the lower back, improve fit and visibility of the number attached to the Jersey, creating an aerodynamic silhouette that fits the body like a second skin, ideal for high-level competitions. When conditions improve and the temperature rises, the low-volume structure of the RS Shell Jersey S11 compresses to fit into a jacket or Jersey pocket.
- DIAMOND Ultra is a new patented two-layer membrane, designed to offer greater protection and elasticity compared to the SPHERE softshell range. This highly elastic fabric is our lightest DIAMOND material and offers exceptional breathability, waterproof protection, and a fit that hugs the body like a second skin without constricting. 575CX is a snag-resistant, insulating, and highly breathable fabric that wraps the body offering compression and support, like a second skin.
- AEPD 11 racingFit is an aerodynamic cut that fits the body like a second skin, developed with input from WorldTour cyclists and designed to wrap the body providing 360° stability and compression.
- A double-slider system allows easy access to the pockets and enables quick ventilation from both top and bottom.
- ASSOS aeroScience: combines thermoregulation, weather protection, and race aerodynamics. Maximum speed, no compromises.
- Raw Cut: the sleeves, hem, and zipper all have a raw-cut taped edge, eliminating transition folds and maintaining clean and aerodynamic lines in every part of the Jersey structure.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

All online-ordered items can be picked up at the All4cycling store in the province of Varese, Via Gianfranco Miglio 2, 21045 Gazzada Schianno (VA).

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
- Return all accessories, manuals, components and any complimentary items received.
- Do not remove tags, labels or seals unless necessary to inspect the product.
- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
