La Passione Leaf Midweight Women's Long Sleeve Jersey: long-sleeve jersey in merino blend
The La Passione Leaf Midweight Women's Long Sleeve Jersey is a women's long-sleeve jersey in a merino wool blend, designed for those who also use the bike to get around and travel. It has a casual, everyday look but a technical construction that helps control body temperature even during intense activity. The Midweight version has an intermediate weight, suited to spring and autumn.
Merino, polyamide and polypropylene: why together
The composition is 40% polyamide, 35% merino wool and 25% polypropylene, and each fibre has a specific role. Merino regulates temperature and limits odours, a valuable quality on multi-day trips; polypropylene holds very little water and moves sweat away from the skin; polyamide adds wear resistance, the weak point of pure wool jerseys.
Use, weight and tips
The cut is casual, with a high collar and long sleeves that cover the arms well on cool days. It is the ideal jersey for bike trips, city commutes and easy gravel rides, where you need a garment that works on the bike and still looks presentable at stops. To preserve the wool, wash at low temperatures and dry flat.

Frequently asked questions
Why a blend and not 100% merino?
Pure merino regulates temperature well but is delicate. Polyamide and polypropylene add wear resistance and faster sweat management, while keeping the benefits of wool.
What does Midweight mean?
It indicates an intermediate fabric weight: warm enough for spring, autumn and cool days, but not as heavy as a winter jersey for cold temperatures.
Is it good for bike travel?
Yes, it is designed for commuting and travel: merino limits odours, a real advantage when you wear the same jersey for several days in a row.
How should I wash it?
At low temperatures with a mild detergent, without fabric softener, and dry it flat. This way the wool keeps its shape and thermal properties for longer.
