Silverskin Stay Warm Arm Warmers: thermal arm warmers for changeable temperatures
The Silverskin Stay Warm Arm Warmers are designed for days when the temperature changes: cold morning starts, descents after a climb, rides that begin in the cool and end in the sun. Paired with a base layer or a short-sleeve jersey, they let you switch in seconds from a short-sleeve to a long-sleeve setup, and take them off as soon as the temperature rises.
Stay Warm yarn and sweat management
They are made with the technology of the Stay Warm line, designed to keep the body at its ideal temperature. The larger cavity of the DryWeave yarn traps heat and releases it gradually, while Dynamic Thermoregulation drains sweat and ensures quick drying. The composition is 95% recycled polyester, 3% silver fibres and 2% elastane.
Construction and practicality
The seamless construction, with 3D full-garment knitting, makes the arm warmers soft on the skin and ensures an enveloping fit that hugs the arm without squeezing. The silver fibres counter bacteria and odours. Once removed they take up very little space and fit easily in the back pocket of your jersey, ready for the next descent.

Frequently asked questions
When are arm warmers worth using?
In spring and autumn and on days with big temperature swings: you wear them at the start or on descents and take them off when it gets warmer, without changing jersey.
What do they pair with?
With a short-sleeve base layer or a short-sleeve cycling jersey. Together with a Stay Warm base layer they create a complete and adjustable thermal first layer.
Are they also suitable for running?
Yes, the Stay Warm line is designed for cycling, running and mountain activities. The stretchy fabric follows the movement of the arms without limiting freedom of movement.
How should they be washed?
A gentle low-temperature wash without fabric softener and air drying are recommended: this way the yarn keeps its elasticity and its ability to manage sweat over time.
