Named Pre Workout 400g: Advanced Formula for Maximum Athletic Performance
Named Pre Workout 400g is a next-generation pre-workout formula, developed to optimize physical performance during intense training sessions. The composition includes scientifically dosed functional ingredients: L-citrulline DL-malate, L-arginine, Beta-alanine, beetroot powder, L-tyrosine, taurine, caffeine, Norvaline and a vitamin complex (vitamin C, B6, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine). Each component has been selected on the basis of well-established scientific evidence, ensuring a functional profile that enhances energy, focus and muscular endurance during the most demanding workouts.
Vasodilation and Nitric Oxide: Mechanisms of Action
The formula contains 2g of beetroot powder per serving, rich in precursors of Nitric Oxide, the main vasodilating compound involved in athletic performance. This ingredient promotes greater oxygen and nutrient delivery to the muscles during training, significantly improving endurance and the ability to sustain high intensity over time. The combination with L-arginine, Citrulline and Norvaline further enhances vasodilation, optimizing nutrient transport and the elimination of waste metabolites, crucial factors for extending performance.
Muscular Endurance and Reduced Fatigue
The 2g dose of Beta-alanine per serving is formulated to enhance endurance and delay muscular fatigue during intense efforts. The addition of 200mg of caffeine ensures a central stimulating effect, while 500mg of taurine supports muscle performance and focus. Riboflavin and Vitamin B6 specifically contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, completing the functional profile. The product is gluten-free and has a fresh, fruity taste.
