Orbea Orca Aero: aerodynamic bicycle of the new generation
The new Orbea Orca Aero represents the ultimate evolution in the field of aerodynamic road bikes, developed through a rigorous wind tunnel optimization process and road testing with the Lotto-Intermarché team. Every element of the frame has been refined millimeter by millimeter to reduce aerodynamic drag and maximize energy efficiency. Orbea's Total System Approach does not consider the bike in isolation, but the entire bike-rider system, ensuring that every watt of power is transferred in the most effective way possible. According to wind tunnel tests, this setup delivers a saving of 5.1 watts at 50 km/h, an advantage that remains constant regardless of speed and wind angle.
Geometry and positioning optimized for speed
The Orca Aero M10i LTD PWR features a 78 mm drop of the bottom bracket, the lowest on the market, positioning the rider in a setup that directly reduces the frontal area exposed to the wind. This fully aerodynamic design improves stability and control at high speeds, reducing body movement while pedaling. The cockpit offers 13 different handlebar sizes and up to 40 mm of spacers under the stem, allowing every rider to find the ideal position. The new OQUO RA57 LTD carbon wheels and the aerodynamic OC RA11 seatpost complete the system, contributing to a further saving of about 14 watts at 50 km/h on flat terrain. Structural stiffness reaches 93 Nm/° with a frame weight of approximately 900 g, offering an exceptional balance between efficiency and lightness.
Modern versatility and future compatibility
This professional road bike accepts tires up to 37 mm, making it one of the most versatile in the WorldTour while maintaining superior aerodynamic performance with 29 to 35 mm tires. The increased clearance allows savings of 6-7 watts at 40 km/h on cobblestones or rough asphalt thanks to reduced vibration losses. The bike is designed exclusively for electronic groupsets with Di2 integration through the bottom bracket, equipped with a UDH universal hanger and a 90° Spinblock steering limiter. The OMX carbon frame with monocoque construction guarantees lightness and stiffness, while compatibility with power meters and Speed release technology ensure compatibility with current and future standards in professional cycling.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.
In-store pickup
All online-ordered items can be picked up at the All4cycling store in the province of Varese, Via Gianfranco Miglio 2, 21045 Gazzada Schianno (VA).

Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.

- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
