Assos Trail Liner HP T3 shorts, ultra-lightweight designed for the most challenging off-road rides. Completely renewed with the new OFF-ROAD High Performance padding and a more secure fit, along with improved padding at the hip height that ensures greater protection and breathability. The TRAIL TACTICA liners are equipped with the new OFF-ROAD HP T3 padding, which retains the refreshing properties of the previous model but reduces chafing during rides, while providing soft comfort that absorbs vibrations from gravel and single tracks. We have made the fit more secure by integrating elastomer into the leg elastics, ensuring a gripping comfort. Additionally, we redesigned the waistband structure and added our zeroPressure Waist technology, which wraps around the body and keeps the padding in place, providing secure and unrestricted stability. The new ImpactorTec T3 hip padding, made of viscoelastic polyurethane foam, now protects a wider area and features a soft jersey inner side and the kraterCooler system, for protection that doesn't overheat. Base layer of the TRAIL TACTICA system: to be paired with TACTICA Cargo Shorts, Knickers or Pants, or with the MILLE GTC ZEPPELIN Cargo Shorts to tackle any off-road trail. The Polstar fabric is a bi-elastic microfiber mesh, refreshing and ultra-breathable with hydrophilic properties that accelerate sweat evaporation. Although it is more robust than the material used for Sport Touring inner shorts, this fabric is very lightweight and thus requires wearing an outer layer. The Speedy fabric is highly elasticized, antibacterial, and wraps the waist with a compressive fit.
- Made with a fit that transforms into a second skin to reduce bulk when worn under TACTICA Cargo gear. The main seams are reversed to eliminate skin chafing, while the standard leg length ensures greater coverage between the skin and outer layers.
- ImpactorTec T3: new padding for the TRAIL TACTICA system, wider to protect more surface area. Made from flexible 7 mm thick viscoelastic polyurethane foam and equipped with kraterCooler hole technology, which ensures the passage of fresh air.
- zeroPressure Waist: a soft and highly elastic structure that enhances comfort and keeps the shorts snug at the waist without pressure or irritation.
- Superlight Leg Grippers: anti-slip system with slightly compressive elastics that provide a secure fit without constriction.
- Shock-Absorb Damping Mono9: layers of compressive foam designed for gravel and dirt trail rides in more upright pedaling positions. With an increased thickness from 8 mm to 9 mm, the thermoformed structure reduces folds and irritation.
- 3D Waffle: a patented three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability, eliminates excess weight, and cushions impacts.
- GoldenGate 2.0: the padding is fixed at the front and back, while the central section and sides gently follow the movements of your body. The new openings in the wings reduce bulk and friction when pedaling.
- kraterCooler: holes on the surface of the padding that circulate air inside, maintaining breathability and a warm, dry microclimate.

Non-EU shipping

Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.

- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
