Assos Ultraz Winter Balaclava, the cover was only part of the equation when Assos found herself designing a better balaclava for extreme winter weather conditions. Different fabrics, six panels and countless revisions eventually led to the birth of the Ultraz winter balaclava, which meets high standards of fit, comfort and protection. The Ultraz balaclava comfortably wraps around the face and neck with its pre-formed panels, offering a clean fit under the helmet. Thanks to the twinDeck two-layer structure, consisting of the Push Pull fabric on the outside and the Rhombus fabric on the inside, the balaclava acts as a barrier against the cold and offers thermal insulation by creating an air pocket between the two layers, while remaining exceptionally breathable. An additional layer of protection was also added to the front of the neck thanks to our flexible Winter Foam Light foam.
- Push Pull Medium: bi-stretch material with an open structure that breathes exceptionally well and attracts moisture on the outer surface of the fabric.
- Rhombus: polypropylene sponge with smooth jacquard leather covering, this fabric has a 3D diamond mesh structure to promote air flow, absorb moisture and add an additional layer of insulation.
- twinDeck: the double-layered fabric structure improves insulation using a combination of Push Pull Medium and Rhombus fabrics.
- Winter Foam Light: flexible PU foam brushed on the back of the neck for added protection. It is warm, breathable, soft and smooth against the skin.

Non-EU shipping

Returns and refunds

- You can return your unused items within 60 days of delivery.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned product before issuing the refund.
- If the product, packaging or labels are missing, damaged or used, or if the returned product is different from the one purchased, All4cycling may reduce or refuse the refund.
- The refund will be issued within the time limits established by applicable law. Actual processing times may vary depending on receipt and inspection of the returned product and the payment method used.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you would prefer a different method, please specify this in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, enter your IBAN in the return notes to receive the refund.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For all other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
