The Mavic Comete 55/65 wheels are the result of Years of wind tunnel development and road testing, designed to deliver superior aerodynamics and exceptional rolling efficiency. The pair combines a 55 mm front rim, optimized for control, with a 65 mm rear rim designed to maximize speed. Built in carbon fiber with Adaptive Layup construction, these wheels weigh just 1390 g total, while maintaining stiffness and responsiveness. The 25 mm internal Aero-Wide profile has been specifically optimized for 30 mm tires, ensuring the best balance of aerodynamics and grip on every road surface.
Technical Setup and Directional Control
The 21 aerodynamic carbon spokes have been expertly arranged with high-stress two-cross lacing on both sides to absorb vibrations and improve steering precision. Mavic ceramic bearings reduce friction, extending durability and ensuring consistently smooth rolling over time. The aluminum axle supports both Shimano HG and Sram XD systems, with a disc brake interface compatible with 12x100 (front) and 12x142 (rear) thru-axles. Instant Drive 360 technology with a 40-tooth ratchet and 9° engagement ensures immediate engagement, essential for racing and climbing accelerations.
Performance in Variable Conditions and Compatibility
The 55/65 combination offers superior aerodynamic performance compared with the 45/55, making it ideal for rolling courses where speed gains outweigh steep sections. ASTM Category 1 certified for road use only, it supports a maximum load of 120 kg (including bike weight) and works with UST Ready tubeless tires with a minimum width of 29 mm, with a maximum pressure of 5.0 bar. Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.

- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
- Return all accessories, manuals, components and any complimentary items received.

- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
