Princeton Carbonworks Wake 6560 EVO 2 Disc Tactic TR01 v2
The Princeton Carbonworks Wake 6560 EVO 2 Disc is a disc-brake road bike wheelset, in the Evolution II version. Designed for use with 28 mm tires and compliant with mass-start race regulations, it continues the evolution of a model conceived in 2012 and refined through five generations of improvements in aerodynamics, efficiency, weight, and stiffness. The version offered features a matte black finish and Shimano compatibility.
Carbon construction and rim profile
The rim features a 22 mm internal profile with hooked edges, a maximum external width of 33 mm, and a depth between 60 and 65 mm. The rim bed is hole-free, so it does not require tubeless tape, and the rims are pre-balanced to reduce vibrations and resonance. The renewed carbon structure reduces the rim weight from 470 g in the Evolution I to 420 g, while maintaining impact resistance above 120 J.
Spokes, hubs and included equipment
The wheelset is built with Alpina Hyperlite Aero steel spokes in a 24/24 pattern and Tactic Racing TR01 v2 hubs; in the lightest configuration, the wheelset weighs 1,250 g. Tire compatibility is Clincher/Tubeless Ready, and the package includes tubeless valves and padded wheel bags. The Evolution II range is available in ten colorways and six hub options, allowing you to tailor the wheelset to your needs.

Non-EU shipping

- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
