The Prologo Dimension R2 NDR saddle, with V-shape ergonomics and advanced anatomical center, is the evolution of the previous model, featuring a wider nose and a flatter shape. This new flat saddle with EVA padding completes the range of saddles specific for cross-country and marathon mountain biking. The main characteristic of this flat saddle with a V shape is the PAS (Perineal Area System) channel, which has a central opening designed to reduce pressure peaks. All models in the NDR line are characterized by special graphics designed to improve stability on the saddle both while pedaling and downhill. Each saddle in this range is equipped with EVA foam padding, which enhances vibration absorption and increases comfort. The Dimension R2 NDR inherits from the Dimension R2 family the compact dimensions (245 x 143 mm), the wider and flatter nose, and the advanced anatomical center. The front-central section has been specifically designed to tackle steep and technical climbs: the wide and flat surface offers stable support even when pedaling on the tip of the saddle. This area is covered with Grip Cover technology with a horizontal texture, to maximize traction and help maintain an advanced position. The Dimension R2 NDR will be offered in a new anthracite color design and will be available in two rail versions: Nack (nano carbon fiber) for those seeking top performance and reduced weight; or TiroX (light alloy steel), for those who prioritize comfort.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & support
- You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.

- Ship using proper packaging (box or mailer) that protects the item.
- Keep the original packaging and place it inside an outer package for shipping.
