This saddle is the CPC - Connect Power Control technology version of the multi-disciplinary, high-performance saddle designed for the needs of particularly demanding professionals and amateurs. Perfected through "Pressure Map MyOwn" testing, the NAGO R4 CPC succeeds in meeting the needs of all cyclists seeking maximum performance, unparalleled grip and the best comfort even for long rides. T-shape saddle that provides greater freedom of movement thanks to a wider seat area. The set-back anatomical center allows the rider to easily change position by taking advantage of the full length of the saddle. The semi-round ergonomic shape makes the NAGO R4 CPC ideal for cyclists with average pelvic rotation flexibility, while the narrow width of only 137 mm fits people with not too much ischial bone width. The CPC technology on the saddle cover, patented by Prologo for the cycling world, consists of a special 3D conical polymer that provides a significant increase in vibration absorption, grip and positional stability. Thanks to its nanostructure, this system reduces muscle fatigue and facilitates airflow by reducing the temperature in the contact zone. The closed version of the NAGO R4 CPC features 3 separate fully independent sections, made of the latest generation of variable density foams, to ensure excellent support and comfort during all phases of pedaling. Beneath the middle section is Prologo's Active Base system: a base perforated in the center to combine the benefits of a closed saddle with a greater support surface with the advantages of an open base.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.

- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.

- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
