The Scratch M5 PAS AGX saddle is the new version of Prologo's innovative round-shaped gravel saddle. Compared to the previous model, it has been improved with significant restyling in both materials and nose shape. AGX, an acronym for Adventure - Gravel - Cyclocross, is the line of ergonomic saddles dedicated to the gravel and all-road world, designed to ensure the right balance between performance and comfort on all types of terrain, even for long distances. Compared to traditional models, AGX saddles feature a more flexible base made from next-generation materials, and an extra 2mm padding made from low-density foams. These features ensure better shock and vibration absorption, without limiting or compromising power transfer even when riding on rough terrain. The redesigned front part of this saddle has a flatter and wider nose, which helps the cyclist during pedaling both in maximum push phases and on steep climbs. The T-shape characteristic of this saddle offers better freedom of movement and positioning, providing comfort and protection in rubbing areas. The rearward anatomical center allows the cyclist to easily change position by utilizing the full length of the saddle. The round anatomical shape of the Scratch M5 AGX provides extra support to the lumbar area, helping to maintain a stable position even for those with reduced pelvic mobility. The Multi Sector System features different mapped and separated zones on the saddle, each made up of various interactive foams and separate single-cell padding. Prologo's 3D Slide Control technology enhances grip and stability for the cyclist, helping to maintain the correct position on the saddle, even when tackling off-road sections. The central PAS - Perineal Area System channel prevents pressure peaks and numbness while increasing blood circulation. The ergonomic design and variable-density foams eliminate pressure points in the perineal area.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

All online-ordered items can be picked up at the All4cycling store in the province of Varese, Via Gianfranco Miglio 2, 21045 Gazzada Schianno (VA).

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
- Return all accessories, manuals, components and any complimentary items received.
- Do not remove tags, labels or seals unless necessary to inspect the product.
- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
