Muc-Off Big Bore Lite XL 60 mm
The Muc-Off Big Bore Lite are high-flow tubeless valves designed to simplify installation and maintenance of the tubeless setup. In this XL version, the stem measures 60 mm and is intended for rims with depths between 30 and 50 mm. The coreless pass-through design delivers airflow up to 230% higher than a traditional Presta valve, while maintaining compatibility with Presta rim holes and pumps.
Pass-through design and ball valve
The heart of the system is a stainless steel ball valve with seals and O-rings, operated by an integrated external lever: it allows you to open and close airflow quickly and adjust pressure without removing any core, eliminating the issue of sealant-clogged cores. The Lite version head has an inner diameter of 3.3 mm and retains the Presta-style connection. The valve body screws onto the stem, so lengths are not directly comparable with those of traditional valves.
Materials, compatibility and installation
The body is CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum with an anodized finish and is fully serviceable. The 4-way flow base is compatible with most tubeless inserts, while the 4 mm hex key seat at the bottom of the stem makes valve installation and removal easier.

- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
