Element, Odyssey and Yama: Which Pedaled Line Should You Choose?

Pedaled collections are designed around different riding needs. Element focuses on low weight, breathability and clean construction, with Mesh and Lightweight jerseys and bib shorts suited to road and gravel riding in milder conditions; riders building a summer kit can combine them with suitable cycling bib shorts. Odyssey is developed around long-distance riding: selected garments use Polartec® Power Dry™, merino wool, reflective details and higher-capacity storage solutions that are useful for endurance and bikepacking. The Yama line features a more relaxed fit and off-road-focused construction, with garments designed for freedom of movement and trail use. For longer trips, bike frame bags can also be added to carry essential equipment.

Fit, Layering and Choosing Pedaled Apparel

Choosing the right size depends mainly on the collection and intended use. Element and Odyssey generally have a closer-to-body construction suited to road, gravel and endurance riding positions, while Yama prioritizes greater freedom of movement. In summer, a lightweight short-sleeve cycling jersey can be paired with technical bib shorts; when temperature and wind become more variable, a cycling wind vest adds protection without excessive bulk. For rain and more unstable weather, a waterproof cycling jacket is a more suitable choice. Garments should always be washed according to the care instructions on the individual label, especially when they contain merino wool or specific technical fabrics.
