Compared to synthetic fabrics, Merino wool is active and reacts to changes in body temperature by keeping warm in cold weather, but by dispersing heat and moisture in hot weather. Unlike synthetic fabrics, Merino wool is able to absorb water vapor, releasing it towards the outside and keeping the wearer drier. At the same time, it is able to absorb the molecules of sweat responsible for odors, which are released only during the washing phase. Merino wool fibers are extremely thin, allowing them to bend much more than traditional wool fibers. This makes the Merino wool soft and gentle on the skin. Merino wool garments are naturally elastic and allow you to follow the body and its movements, and then return to their original shape. Merino wool clothing is therefore ideal for physical activity.

Non-EU shipping

- You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.

- Ship using proper packaging (box or mailer) that protects the item.
