Never seen such an aerodynamic helmet: designed and developed in collaboration with Team Astana, the helmet was compared with other models to test its aerodynamic resistance in the wind tunnel at Magny-Cours in France, and it was found to be the best at an average speed of 40 km/h. Certified studies have shown that the bicycle used in racing accounts for about 20% of aerodynamic resistance, while the remaining 80% is made up by the athlete on the saddle. In these terms, the helmet is definitely the fundamental element to minimize the frontal area and thus determine better aerodynamic penetration. And this is where we wanted to go beyond wind tunnel tests. Not only with three-dimensional simulation supports using CFD software, but also taking into account the numerous variables dictated by the real effort required on the road and, in particular, in competitive races, when the rider hardly stays still in the same position on the saddle and moves the head countless times. And here comes into play the Limar Air Speed: the designers found the perfect combination between aerodynamic advantage (wind tunnel tests) and better dynamics both on open roads and in velodromes (tests in real environmental conditions). Precisely during one of the recent road trainings in Calp and indoor tests at the Valencia velodrome, the Team Astana riders were able to truly test the helmet and experience firsthand the features that make AIR SPEED the ideal helmet, remaining enthusiastic.

Non-EU shipping

- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
