The new Met Intercity Mips helmet is the urban helmet with the widest set of features for those who ride in step with the times. Intercity amplifies the protection offered by MET Urbex by adding an adjustable and eye-protecting visor against wind, dust and insects. It makes Ebike mobility safer and your life in the city easier. MET Intercity Mips is NTA 8776 certified, the first certification designed exclusively for cyclists who use electric bicycles. When compared to a standard construction, Intercity is able to dissipate considerably more energy in the event of an impact; moreover, its shell has a 10% larger surface subject to testing on the two most sensitive areas: temples and neck. Simply put MET Intercity Mips is one of the safest helmets in town. MET Intercity is equipped with the MIPS-C2® protection system which allows the rotational forces caused by specific impacts to be dissipated, completing the safety of the helmet in all its aspects. The MIPS® system is hooked inside the shell via elastomers which guarantee a slip in all directions of 10-15mm, a movement which facilitates the absorption of rotational forces harmful to the brain. The MET Magnetic USB LED Light is magnetically attached to the top rear of the helmet to ensure maximum visibility in all conditions. The magnetic system makes attaching the light simple and stable, and it is also easily removable for recharging via the USB-C cable. The 25 LEDs have 5 switch-on modes: fixed, flashing, stroboscopic, eco and thanks to a light sensor it switches on automatically in case of sudden darkness. This automatic mode is signaled by a blue led. The battery lasts up to 6 hours and the charging time is approximately one hour. The MET Intercity is characterized by its unmistakable comfort thanks to a finely engineered internal fit to favor heads of various shapes. The MET Safe-T Heta adjustment system offers complete customization possibilities via a 360° ring and several vertical positions. The straps are well positioned and the divider is adjustable, a small detail of great importance for comfort and safety. The Fidlock® magnetic buckle is simple to use and with the addition of a soft padded chin strap you won't even notice it's there.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
- Return all accessories, manuals, components and any complimentary items received.
- Do not remove tags, labels or seals unless necessary to inspect the product.
- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
