Lightweight, aerodynamic and ventilated, the Poc Procen helmet uses the Venturi effect for the purpose of optimizing airflow around the head for absolute speed, and thus improving comfort and temperature control in the demanding position required for time trial riding. Not just speed and protection, the Procen helmet is designed to keep you comfortable and cool during the intense physical exertion of time trials. With fast performance proven by extensive CFD testing and track times, this helmet takes advantage of the Venturi effect and airflow around and within the frame to maximize speed. The distinctive trailing edge pulls air away from the shoulders, optimizing aerodynamics and airflow management for speed. The large air intakes at the front force circulation in and around the helmet to ensure proper cooling of the head and take advantage of the Venturi effect in order to optimize airflow around the head and shoulders. The Procen uses an innovative 2-position lens system that helps solve a common problem with visors on all helmets, namely fogging. In the 'start' position, the lens stays about 10 mm away from the helmet allowing natural air passage, ideal for avoiding fogging when you are still at the gate before the start. Riding is also possible with the lens in this position, with a clear line of sight in all directions. The visor lens is completely removable, and in case of an accident, it comes off by itself, thanks to the innovative design of the temples. The convenient adjustment system of the entire shell allows every rider to find the perfect fit to ensure you get optimal protection when pushing at top speed.

- Track tested: The helmet's design and ventilation have been tested with track testing to ensure fast and comfortable performance.
- EVA contoured area: The lower area at the back of the helmet is made of soft, malleable ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) to improve comfort at the back of the neck.
- Venturi effect airflow: The helmet's airflow zones take advantage of the Venturi effect to minimize drag and improve overall aerodynamics.
- Pronounced trailing edge: The helmet's pronounced trailing edge directs air away from the shoulders and channels it in the best direction.
- Removable visor: The removable visor features short temples that clip onto the helmet for added security.
- Removable visor: In case any force pushes the visor inward, in the direction of the face, the automatic release system detaches it for added protection.
- Lens starting position: The 2-position lens can remain spaced about 10 mm away from the helmet to prevent fogging at the starting gate of TTs, or even pushed out during the ride to improve air passage.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
- Return all accessories, manuals, components and any complimentary items received.
- Do not remove tags, labels or seals unless necessary to inspect the product.
- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
