The Tannus Armour insert is an innovative puncture protection solution that sits between the tire and the inner tube, providing an effective barrier against damage caused by sharp objects and uneven surfaces. Thanks to its 15 mm of high-density multicellular foam, this insert prevents around 90% of common punctures, significantly reducing bike maintenance time and ensuring greater reliability on every ride.
360° protection and impact absorption
The Armour insert structure provides 360-degree protection around the inner tube thanks to reinforced sidewalls, which also protect against sidewall cuts caused by sharp rocks and abrasive surfaces. The special polymer compound is designed to effectively absorb impacts and vibrations, preventing rim damage and reducing mechanical stress when riding over rough terrain, without requiring the use of tubeless sealant.
Performance and versatile compatibility
The insert is compatible with standard inner tubes and supports lower inflation pressures, allowing the rider to increase grip and cornering control while maintaining tire lateral stability. Non-EU shipping

- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
