Sportful Fiandre Hyper jacket: Advanced Protection for Cycling
The Sportful Fiandre Hyper jacket represents the technological evolution of modern cycling jackets, designed to ensure total protection in extreme weather conditions. Made with innovative Polartec® membranes, this jacket combines certified waterproofness with superior breathability, maintaining a constant thermal balance during intense efforts. The three-dimensional structure of the outer membrane enables unprecedented moisture management, eliminating overheating even on the most demanding climbs. Every construction detail responds to specific performance needs, from the dual front zip to the externally taped seams, ensuring durability and reliability over time.
Polartec® Technologies and Thermal Management
The outer layer uses Polartec® Aircore™, a membrane with a 5,000 mm water column that protects against rain, spray, and mountain weather variability. The inner layer features Polartec® Power Dry™ in a 3D version to rapidly move sweat to the outside and speed up evaporation. This technological synergy creates a stable microclimate regardless of effort intensity, keeping the skin dry during long hours in the saddle. The exceptional air permeability sets this solution apart from traditional membranes, delivering protection without compromising breathability. The regular fit ensures complete freedom of movement, suitable for both road rides and demanding gravel routes.
Construction Details and Intended Use
The Fiandre Hyper cycling jacket integrates specific construction solutions to maximize performance and longevity. The dual front zip allows precise ventilation adaptable to changing conditions, while the taped seams significantly improve water resistance and the garment’s overall durability. This configuration makes it ideal for icy descents, sudden storms at altitude, and rapid temperature changes. Wind protection is ensured by the membrane structure, which blocks cold air currents while maintaining air permeability. Designed for cyclists who demand absolute performance, it is the optimal solution for difficult and unpredictable weather conditions.
