Fox Defend Fire Pants: Protection and Comfort for MTB
The Fox Defend Fire MTB pants are a complete solution for riders tackling technical terrain and changing weather conditions. Thanks to the inner lining in Polartec® Alpha® fleece, they retain body heat without compromising breathability, allowing you to ride safely even on cold days. The DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish effectively repels water, mud, and moisture, protecting the fabric and keeping it dry for longer. The four-way stretch construction, made with at least 50% recycled material, ensures freedom of movement while pedaling without sacrificing environmental sustainability.
Ergonomic Design and Optimized Functionality
The slim fit cut with a tapered lower leg is specifically designed to avoid interfering with pedaling, ensuring comfort during long sessions in the saddle. The buckle closure system allows quick, precise adjustments even while you are on the move, without needing to get off the bike. The zippered side pockets provide secure storage for small essentials, while maintaining an optimal center of gravity. Cordura® inserts in the knee area increase abrasion resistance, protecting the garment in the zones most exposed to wear during technical descents and close contact with the ground.
Technical Specifications and Construction Features
These durable MTB pants combine technical performance with structural durability. The Polartec® Alpha® insulation reduces the need to add or remove layers during the ride, maintaining a constant body temperature. The four-way stretch construction facilitates every movement, while the water-repellent finish performs effectively against light rain and puddle spray. With an inseam of 80 cm in Size 32, the product offers versatility for different body types.
